ISPA's Town Hall Series was developed to help spa professionals tap into the expertise garnered by their peers who have navigated trending challenges in the industry. Each Town Hall will feature a group of panelists who will share proven success stories, areas of opportunity and tips on what to expect with each covering a unique topic.

Specifically, the pair discuss the "Big Five" industry statistics in addition to other notable results found in the study. Insights shared help ISPA members and the media navigate through a wealth of valuable data included in the full study, which was released to ISPA members on July 28. Live session attendees had the option to submit questions to the panelists during the live session to learn more about how the study impacts various aspects of the spa experience.
