The upcoming ISPA Talent Symposium has been created by popular demand to address specific issues faced on a day-to-day basis in our industry.

While the issues have been widely experienced and well documented, the solutions are not as widespread. For this reason, ISPA is looking to highlight innovative efforts implemented by members to retain, recruit, engage and recognize the heart of our organizations—our talent.
