Important ISPA Talent Symposium Update

The ISPA team conducted a thorough evaluation of the continuously evolving COVID-19 situation and its impact on the upcoming ISPA Talent Symposium and Resource Partner Summit and our member community. The increasing number of travel restrictions being implemented by member organizations and the continuing growth of COVID-19 cases in California (currently under a declared State of Emergency), have led us to the unfortunate decision to cancel.  As passionate supporters of the hospitality and travel industries, this was a very difficult decision to make.

Our dedicated attendees, sponsors, speakers and partners are what makes ISPA so special. We are working swiftly to provide full refunds to our attendees and sponsors. Additional details will be provided in the coming weeks.

I have registered for the ISPA Talent Symposium. Will I receive a refund for my registration fee?

ISPA is working swiftly to provide full refunds to our attendees and sponsors. All refunds will be processed prior to the end of March and will be refunded via the original credit card used for payment or via check for all other payment types.  

If I booked a room at the host hotel, how do I cancel?

Individuals who made hotel reservations within the ISPA room block will need to notify the hotel within 72 hours of their scheduled arrival date to avoid any cancellation charges. Please contact 1.805.968.0100 to cancel or alter your reservation.

Will the event be rescheduled?

We are developing a plan to deliver the key messages and resources tied to workforce challenges that were to be shared during the Talent Symposium as part of the 2020 ISPA Conference & Expo that will be held October 14-16 at the Gaylord National Harbor in Maryland. Helping our members recruit, retain and engage talent remains a top priority.
