In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, ISPA quickly partnered with PricewaterhouseCoopers to monitor consumer insights during this season of change and uncertainty. The Executive Summary of that study can be found below. Additionally, ISPA members have access to participate in monthly Snapshot Surveys and receive a full results report within two weeks highlighting the insights shared by their peers. ISPA's short term goal is to keep industry professionals connected and share what others are doing to tackle this together. The reports from March and April, both of which focused on the industry's response to COVID-19, can be found below.
