Conference is getting closer and closer – we hope you are as excited as we are! This is the fourth part of our Professional Development Session digest.
This week, we are highlighting the What’s Trending sessions.
It’s probably true that many people who worked before the dawn of the internet have a certain amount of nostalgia for how slowly the world seemed to turn. Fax machines were the height of new technology, people did business face to face or on the phone (with a curly wire!) and fashions changed slowly.
Nowadays change comes so fast it seems like one blink and you’re behind. Just keeping on top of changes in trends and technology, never mind acting on all of them, can seem like a job in itself. These sessions will help Conference attendees to get a better understanding of changes to our industry, of new products and service ideas.

- Spa Trends to Implement Today – With so many ideas, new treatments and a dizzying array of products and machines in the spa market, making the right decision on what to offer your customers is one of the most important business decisions you will make. Deborah Evans Parker leads a guest panel discussion on how to make that decision – without busting your budget. Wednesday, October 21, 4:15 – 5:30 pm
