Welcome to part two of our Professional Development Sessions overview. As promised, we have divided the sessions into easy to digest groups, giving all 2015 ISPA Conference & Expo attendees the chance to plan sessions that best fit their professional needs and their schedules. This week, we are looking at Employee Impact.

No matter what size your business is, incentivized and happy employees will make the difference between success and failure. Staff that is committed to their own work, careers and professionalism and also inspired by management will help to retain customers, increase revenue and stay longer – all of which will improve profitability and stability.

These sessions will give attendees real-world, focused and practical ideas that can be immediately applied to their business and most importantly to their staff.
