The 17th annual ISPA U.S. Spa Industry Study survey is now open for participation.  In order to provide market data that accurately depicts the current state of the spa industry, we need the help of spa professionals across the U.S.  A short investment of time will provide you with a wealth of information.

As the spa industry expands, access to detailed market research is more valuable than ever. In partnership with PricewaterhouseCoopers, ISPA’s U.S. Spa Industry Study provides spa professionals with the key performance metrics that are vital for making data-driven business decisions.

The study features an expanded compensation section that will provide key workforce statistics for various positions within the spa industry including salary data.  All respondents will receive complimentary access to the compensation section of this year’s survey report.

Need more reasons to participate?

  • Respondents will receive a complimentary digital copy of the Executive Summary of the study later this year.
  • As soon as you complete the survey, you receive immediate access to last year's compensation section and will receive this year's new data as soon as it's compiled.
  • All participants will be entered to win a complimentary registration for the 2016 ISPA Conference & Expo, which will be held Sept. 13 - 15 at The Venetian in Las Vegas, NV.

Since 1999, ISPA has partnered with PricewaterhouseCoopers to provide the spa industry with a vivid overview of annual revenue, number of spa visits, retail revenue, average price per treatment and more. As a spa professional, your contribution is fundamental in shaping the future of spa.

Participate in the 2016 survey at PwcSpaPerspectives.com before March 4 to be part of this year’s findings.
