Five Things You Can Do on the Expo Floor

Each year, the best of the spa industry populate the ISPA Expo floor to share their expertise. We will soon be back on the floor, and we couldn't be more excited. Over 250 exhibitors will be working hard to put on a successful show as they intrigue and interact with inspired attendees. And that’s where you come in!

With so much happening on the Expo floor, it may be easy to become overwhelmed. To make it all easier on you, we’ve compiled a list of things to do so you know what you’re walking into.

Explore the Exhibitors

There’s no shortage of intriguing exhibitors ready to connect and share their services with you. Each booth is different, providing you with a diverse atmosphere that has something to offer everyone. Don’t miss the exciting newcomers to #ISPA2018, featured at the Emerging Exhibitor kiosks. These are set up to introduce attendees to all the new growth that buds each year in the spa industry.

Enjoy the Food

Every day, complimentary lunches are offered to all attendees, exhibitors and show staff. The Phoenix Convention Center uses local and fresh ingredients in their cuisine through Aventura Catering. After lunch, satisfy your sweet tooth with a dessert cart on the Expo floor. As if that wasn’t enough, you may need a pick-me-up to stay sharp into the later hours of the afternoon – we’ve got you covered! Grab some coffee and snacks at one of the Expo Floor’s daily Energy Breaks to get your second wind.

Bid, Bid, Bid

Join your industry peers and challenge one another to place the highest bid on the irresistible items in the Live & Silent Auctions. These one-of-a-kind trips and collectibles have been generously donated by ISPA members and supporters. The auctions help raise funds to advance the ISPA Foundation’s initiatives, including the development of new spa industry and consumer research.

Second Stage

Hear the latest in ISPA Research Highlights, as well as tips on public relations, communication and technology from short and sweet tidbit sessions. The Second Stage will also feature book signings from keynote speakers Shawn Achor on Monday and Daymond John on Wednesday. Their books will be available for purchase on-site, or you can bring along your own copy!

Get Your Headshot

Don’t forget to stop by the Headshot Station in the Expo to take your free professional headshot. It’s so important to have a high-resolution headshot to use for professional profiles, networking and traditional media publications. (Insider’s tip: If you’re planning on working with ISPA staff to be featured in Pulse or any future blog or People of ISPA features, a professional headshot is a necessity!)
