A Fresh New Look

As ISPA celebrates serving as the voice of the spa industry for the past 25 years, there will be many exciting announcements throughout the year commemorating this milestone anniversary. In an effort to continually evolve and provide the best possible resources to our members, we have made a few changes we hope enhance your ISPA membership.

ISPA has been hard at work to give a full makeover with the help of an amazing digital marketing agency, Mightily. We took a long, hard look at the layout, content and design of the old ISPA website and set out to create an inspiring, interactive and informative upgrade. A Research Library overflowing with data, easy-to-download webinars and an enhanced area for digital Pulse magazine are among the updates you will see.

ISPA also recently released a new Buyer’s Guide making it easier than ever for spa members to connect with resource partners when making purchasing decisions. Members can now access an interactive digital version of the Guide by logging in at As we like to say, “It’s a big spa world. Fortunately, we’ve got a big new spa website.”

We plan to make the most of our anniversary year. With some major changes already taking place, we’re kick-starting our 25th year with our members in mind. Our goal is to help grow and improve the spa industry and benefit our members in any way we can. Without the support and feedback from our members, we wouldn’t be where we are today.
