A First-Time Vendor’s Guide to Conference

You or your company have never attended the annual ISPA Conference & Expo, but you’d like to, wouldn’t you? We know you probably have several questions about how to attend, or exhibit as a vendor company.  Before you explore the details below, be sure to watch this video to hear from spa industry vendors about why they choose to partner with ISPA.

Below are a few common questions first-time exhibitors have including info on booth pricing and selection, membership requirements, attendee requirements, purchasing policies and overall information about the ISPA Conference & Expo. Let’s run through some of these common topics.

Booth Pricing and Selection Dates

Selection Dates

Booth selection occurs in stages, based on the level of sponsorship, or number of consecutive years exhibiting. Securing a sponsorship early provides valuable early booth selection benefits.  A full placement breakdown is included below:

  • Platinum Sponsors and Year-Round Advertisers – January 19
  • Gold Sponsors and 7-9 time Advertisers – January 26
  • Silver and Bronze Sponsors, 4-6 time Advertisers – February 9
  • Exhibitors with 5 Consecutive Years – February 24
  • Returning 2016 Exhibitors – March 9
  • ISPA Resource Partners – March 23

Booth Details

All linear booths come standard with 8' high back pipe and drape, 3' high side pipe and drape, 11" x 17" ID sign and a waste can. Tables, chairs and carpet are not included with a booth package and can all be ordered for easy access.  Booth prices start at $3,550 and a full listing of prices can be found here.

ISPA Membership

Exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities are only available to current ISPA members in good standing. Not a member? You can learn more about becoming an ISPA member here.

No cash and carry

We strongly encourage all our attendees to network and place orders with our exhibiting companies.  All orders taken onsite are fulfilled after Conference has ended and exhibitors return to their businesses.  Cash and carry is not permitted on the Expo floor.

Why is our show different?

The overwhelming majority of our attendees are spa owners and decision makers – people with purchasing power. We are also a fairly intimate show (approximately 250 booths) for serious spa buyers and vendors. ISPA is considered as the professional community for today’s spa professional.  For an overview of the entire ISPA Conference & Expo, check out this video from last year’s event.

This is our only Conference & Expo each year, and it’s important to point out the Expo floor historically sells out weeks or even months before the show takes place.
