We are seeking a Marketing Associate to contribute to the growth of our brand among existing and new doors by leading and executing a set of seasonal marketing initiatives. This role will be expected to help develop and execute B2B strategies that will drive client growth, retention and brand affinity. This role will participate in the planning and execution of all wholesale-related marketing activities, which include: spa industry and partner events, customer incentives, promotional activities and educational support. This individual will act as the key liason between the marketing and sales team and will ensure that all wholesale activities are aligned with the brand goals and calender, where applicable. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a quarterly calendar to be shared with the sales team and relevant partners across the organization • Develop and execute quartlery set of promotional activities, including custom gifting programs, consumer promotions and staff incentives • Maintain organized reports of all marketing initiaives and provide monthly updates on success/progress of each initiative • Communicate upcoming initiatives to relevant cross-functional partners • Work with sales and educational team to maintain an up-to-date roster of events and relevent set of marketing tools to offer our clients • Work with sales and educational lead to develop and implement new events, when needed • Help develop and implement a promotional program that is consistent with brand and retailer strategies • Act as the key liason between multiple cross-functional teams including the marketing, sales and operational team • Ensure appropriate presence in retailer platforms, including their online properties and social channels • Manage and coordinate execution for all industry events, including trade shows • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitive landscape and industry standards; leverage learnings to optimize and/or implement marketing strategies • Project manage custom design and program requests for top-tier accounts • Maintain communication with sales team and client base through relevant channels including email, professional social network groups and our client portal • Work with educational lead to define key engagement and growth opportunities
Bachelor’s degree, 2 - 4 years of relevant marketing experience (preferably working for a cosmetics or skin care company), Knowledge of beauty/spa industry strongly preferred, Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, Ability to recommend and initiate work and projects with minimal direction, A creative thinker, problem solver, sense of humor and great attitude, Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills, Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy and follow through, Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment, Strong idea generation skills, Self-motivated, results oriented and delivers on deadlines, A personal interest in wellness To apply, please submit the following components to HR@naturopathica.com: Subject Line: Wholesale Marketing Associat/ CV or Resume/ Cover Letter Resumes without cover letters will not be considered.
