Job Description

Job Overview: To provide leadership, vision, and direction to the Ocean Reef Club, Spa and Salon Department, consistent with a high end spa facility. The ability to create a unique, engaging spa experience for Club Members and Guests is paramount. Essential Functions: •Overall management of all Spa and Salon Operations •Ability to create a positive, unique, and engaging, member experience in The Spa •Control on going service and product margin analysis to ensure profitability •Implement full Spa and Salon product and service purchasing standards and ensure compliance •Ability to create a dynamic retail offering for Spa users •Develop the Marketing Strategy for The Spa and Salon and ensure consistent image is being portrayed •Proactively developing opportunities to promote The Spa and Salon and Spa to Members and their guests •Guide business decisions by staying apprised of industry trends and best practices. •Work with ORC Leadership to establish and execute the strategic vision of the Spa and Salon •Proactively participate in the development of potential business opportunities – Club Member and Conference Group alike •Working in concert with Spa Manager on the oversight of all Spa and Salon Operations •Successful leadership of all Spa Team Members (Spa Manager, Spa Supervisor, Front Desk Team, Locker Room Attendants, Spa Service Providers, Salon Service Providers) •Ability to create, implement and monitor service standards consistent with a high end Spa and Salon facility •Ability to work in congress with all other Club Departments successfully Other Considerations: •Respond in a professional and positive manner to Market Metrix feedback comments and concerns. •Recruit, hire and retain the best and brightest Associates as part of the ORC team •Ability to instill a consistent vision and mission within the department

Job Requirements

Requirements: •Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Luxury Spa Manager or Director •Experience with Forbes ratings and standards a plus •Private Club experience preferred
