Job Description

The Spa Director for this Aveda Concept Spa at the Miami Resort will over see a 1 million dollar operation. This includes 11 treatment rooms, Salon, Fitness, some outdoor activities, multiple retail outlets and more. We are looking for a dynamic individual you know the Miami market, understand Aveda, is a Social Media Champion, enjoys marketing the spa with creative ideas while upholding the Aveda Concept Standards and driving a bottom line performance. A strong business acumen, ability to recruit, retain and train great talent is a must.

Job Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written with Brand Managers, Owners, Employees and Stake holders. Able to Recruit in the Miami Market. Knowledge of training protocals. Able to hold staff accountable and maintaining the integrity of the Aveda Concept Able to lift up to 50 pounds Able to successfully budget and forecast the Business Able to work in a team environment Passion for Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing and Ecommerce 5 years Spa Experience or Equivalent. Bi-lingual Preferred Aveda Trained Preferred
