We have an opening in our team for an sales/account manager to serve, support and develop our business internationally. Job Summary/Responsibilities: • Support existing oversea accounts and implement an appropriate plan to generate sales growth and to meet sales goal • Research new business opportunities and develop new accounts in certain regions/market • Support existing and new accounts in multiple areas such as but not limited to relationship building, strategies, product development, market development, inventory management in remote warehouses, sales support, order entries, quotes, projects, marketing, customer service, and warranty service • Make inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other support activities, in order to build relationship and grow sales • Work closely with other departments for inventory planning, product launch, pricing implementation and updates, etc. • Work with remote warehouses for container deliveries, inventory management, inventory discrepancies, warranty issues, shipping issues, etc. • Use proper pricing structures to ensures the highest dollar volume sales while maintaining the strongest profitability possible. • Communicate new, updated, and changes of the information provided by the company as for external use to accounts in timely manner • Maintain complete knowledge of each account’s current and long-term purchase plan and record such information in the company’s shared system • Maintain complete knowledge of the current and new product information, marketing promotion, procedures, etc. • Support other members in the Sales department during absence of the team.
• Willingness to make outbound/inbound calls in regular basis to build relationship • Negotiation and analytical skills • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in timely manner • Self-motivated and attention to details • Ability to travel when necessary/requested • Computer proficient • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience in related spa or beauty sales is strongly preferred. • International sales experience is preferred. • Foreign languages are a plus
