Position Summary: The Education and Account Manager is responsible for training and management of existing accounts. This position will also perform training demonstrations for potential new accounts for Luzern. This is a full-time permanent salaried position with benefits. Key Responsibilities: Account Management • Partner with existing, assigned accounts to meet or exceed defined corporate sales goals through brand retail/professional line. Development of positive and strategic working relationships with spa decision maker and lead esthetician. • Present and execute all current corporate promotions and placement of new launch product to existing account base. • Monitor accounts’ retail presentation for necessary inventory levels and brand exposure. • Accurately explain the Bio Suisse Rewards and its multiple uses for driving retail • Participate in Luzern’s trade industry events such as ISPA, Live, Love Spa, etc. • Work with VP of Sales on strengthening prospecting process Education • Responsible for initial and on-going training of specific Luzern accounts. • Develop full understanding and knowledge of each product in the Luzern Skincare brand, both retail and professional • Schedule needed educational opportunities for estheticians to ensure that all staff are fully trained and updated. Frequency of education events are offered based on the spa tier level. • Successfully position, demonstrate and teach Luzern signature facial protocol, massage rituals and appropriate customization in a hands-on format. • Execute demonstrations and education of the Luzern line to prospective new accounts.
Skill/Competency/Experience Requirements: • Minimum of 10+ years of spa education and account management experience • Must be a licensed esthetician with spa experience and education/training/event familiarity in the professional skincare industry. • Superb verbal, written and time management skills • Solid organizational skills and MS Office competency • Travel (30-50%) • Appropriately present and represent Luzern Skincare Key Reporting Relationships: Education and Account Manager reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing
