Job Description

We are looking for a versatile new team member to work 24-30 hours a week to assist with our Customer Experience and Marketing needs! You will help with Customer Communication by answering client inquiries and providing information as needed, generating leads based on prospective client research, introducing prospective clients to our brand, and maintaining our new client outreach database. You will assist our Customer Experience Manager with wholesale order processing from receipt of purchase order through shipping and payment. This includes preparing and packing customer orders, generating invoices in Quickbooks, maintaining the Master Inventory System, filing and documenting orders and payments, and keeping client accounts up to date. Similarly, you will be responsible for the management of online retail orders and inventory. This includes preparing and packing website orders, tracking changes and updating website inventory, providing customer service for retail website customers and online inquiries, and working with the marketing team for special promotions and events. Lastly, you will be asked to prepare for special events by following our event checklist. Our office is open M-F from 9 AM to 5 PM. Compensation based on experience and skills.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent. In addition, they are required to have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. Attention to detail and time management, creative problem solving skills, and a positive attitude are also key. Candidates with Customer Service or Sales and Marketing experience are preferred. Knowledge of Quickbooks or other accounting software is helpful.
