Job Description

As a Spa Receptionist, you'll work in the Philippe Starck designed Ciel Spa - a place of escape where recharging the inner spirit and enhancing physical well-being come from true and spirited innovation. Ciel Spa emphasizes highly intuitive and personalized service in a soothing yet playful setting. Reminiscent of a celestial dreamscape, guests will feel relaxed and at ease among the warm white tones and billowing curtains, receiving Seriously Lovely Service from you! Ensure that the spa front desk is running efficiently and providing all guests with the ideal Guest experience Communicate with guests by demonstrating professionalism, friendliness, sophistication and confidence Expedite guest check in / check out in a courteous and timely manner Guide guests to service location and ensures the "flow" of their experience Communicate all guest complaints to Spa Director Close out the guest experience at check out by soliciting guest feedback from the guest about their experience and providing a fond farewell Understands the POS system and knowledgeable on booking and scheduling all appointments Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of all Spa offerings Able to receive constructive criticism and take direction well Keeps work area well consistently organized and complies with all Company and job specific policies and standards Able to perform opening and closing procedures Knowledge of products and ability to suggest retail products to the guest Attends all scheduled meetings, attends scheduled professional training's Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights

Job Requirements

1 year: Experience within the Spa industry or customer service, experience in a Luxury Hotel/Resort preferred. Proficient in Book 4 time, Opera, Word and Outlook a plus
