We are looking to hire an Assistant Spa Director (ASD) to help oversee operations at our Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino in Nevada. The ideal candidate will be driven, entrepreneurial in spirit and highly familiar with the Nevada spa market. Our team is looking for a Partner at Trilogy. We are looking for an individual who’s not only passionate about the spa industry but also willing to do whatever it takes with a hands-on approach. The Assistant Spa Director (ASD) is responsible for all aspects of a luxury Hotel spa ranging from service level performance, programs, and day-to-day operations. The ASD will be directly responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and spa operations at an optimal level in a 4 star environment. SKILLS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Must have minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Spa Manager/Supervisor. Must be a quick learner with accuracy and attention to detail. Be part of a cohesive team with a singular focus on creating memorable experience for our guests and employee’s Hold regular meetings and create strong relationships with key hotel department such as Front Office, Concierge etc. Create and maintain relationships with spa guests and having an active presence in the spa reception and other key guest areas. Proficient experience is Excel spreadsheets a must. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Must be organized, timely and detailed oriented. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be reliable and have outstanding customer service skills. Must be able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks. Must have outstanding leadership skills. INTER-RELATIONSHIPS Staff communication is essential as well as the ability to work autonomously. Must have prior supervisory experience and the ability to delegate projects and tasks accordingly. WORKING CONDITIONS This is a fast-paced position with an array of responsibilities and requires a positive attitude and critical thinking, as you will be in consistent communications with all staff on a daily basis.
