Account Executive - Midwest - CHICAGO BASED (no exceptions) The ideal candidate will be a licensed esthetician, have an extensive background in selling skincare to high-end spas, have a passion for the skin care industry, excellent time-management skills and a relentless desire to hit sales targets. This role will act as a brand ambassador to our spa/independent sales channel. • Effectively manage an organized call cycle within assigned territory. • Training and education to all accounts. • Consistent sales support of all accounts. • Executed regular events within assigned accounts. • Manage On-Boarding Seminar and Program for spa/independent channel new accounts. • Ensure implementation of sales support tools for new product launches in the field. • Assist in the writing of new treatment protocols. • Accept responsibility for territory goals and adjust strategy according to performance and achievement. • Support brand initiatives through consistent and relevant training. • Execute events, trade shows and brand initiatives at spa level. • Manage event and training orders and the tracking of those orders prior to events and trainings. • Manage the organization of trainings and events to ensure success. • Support product launches to drive sell thru in spa and independent sales. Ensure sales targets are being met for all new launches. • Ensure all merchandising updates are well executed. • Provide call cycle/calendar/schedule to supervisor by the first of each month. • Take part in all major events, including set-up, execution, tear down. • Monitor appointment bookings for events. • Participate in weekly conference calls. • This role requires being in the field a minimum of 4 days per week. The other 1 day would be considered an office day.
Job Requirements: • Be willing to travel 50-75%. • Be willing to work nights and weekends, if needed. • Experience in the management of a large, multi-state territory • Strong communication/public speaking skills • Strong analytical skills • Creative and resourceful • Budget management skills • Ability to multi-task • Goal driven • Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office a must.
