The ISPA Job Bank is a fantastic resource for members and nonmembers alike. While only members can upload job openings to it, anyone can browse them and apply. Pulse (Current and Past Issues)
Pulse is the official publication of the International SPA Association. It serves as a resource for expert insights, the latest industry trends and research that will all help spa professionals make more informed business decisions. You can view the current issue of Pulse here.

Research is the key to making informed, data-driven decisions for your business, and that’s why we offer so much of it to our members! ISPA provides three main research reports to members: weekly Snapshot Surveys, the annual ISPA U.S. Spa Industry Study and the annual Consumer Snapshot Initiative.
ISPA's Snapshot Surveys are distributed via email the third Friday of each month to members, and respondents receive the full results report within two weeks. You can view past Snapshot Survey reports by topic here.

Oftentimes, the media will need sources and experts for stories they are covering. Members who complete the Media Lead Survey will receive email notifications when the media is in search of a lead in the spa industry. The Reveal Box is a collection of eight to ten products from vendors that is sent out three times per year to Spa Premiere members in the U.S.. It gives vendors an opportunity to showcase their new products to ISPA spa members, and spa members the opportunity to demo new products. It’s really a win-win.
