March saw 34 new members join the International SPA Association. These new members include 18 vendors, 12 spa members, two service providers and one educator. Join us in welcoming our new members to the ISPA community!

This September we celebrated the 26th annual ISPA Conference & Expo. There were many exciting debuts at Conference this year, including the introduction of our new ISPA Chairman Todd Shaw, and, of course, new ISPA research! At Conference we released the 2016 U.S. Spa Industry Study as well as the Consumer Snapshot Initiative Volume VII: Millennial Perceptions and Preferences to our members. The 2016 U.S. Spa Industry Study is the 17th consecutive year of collecting data on the industry.
We are over a month removed from this year’s ISPA Conference & Expo, which has us feeling nostalgic here at ISPA Headquarters. So nostalgic, in fact, we decided to bring you a 2016 ISPA Conference recap! There were so many great moments at this year’s Conference, it would be impossible to include them all in one blog post, but we’re going to try.
